This is the sort of stuff I collect old-school RPGs for. Although the art is competently executed, the overall effect is of something a 12-year-old would draw on a school notebook.

i'd like to have this but i'm too cheap to pay $70 for it :lol:

i know it's rare but if i'm going to pay $70 am I asking to much for it to be in great condition?

It is called the Acaeum-Effect. It doesn't always raise the price, but it does so often enough that it can really jam up prices.

Don't know if this one has been mentioned yet. Looks like an AC5 in there but like the rest of the modules it is a pig in a poke.

Condition is incredibly important yet many of these bulk collections sell without any idea of completeness or damage. This one will probably go for relatively high dollar value when most of the modules sell for $10 each or less with at least some details on condition mentioned.
