Hey Al. Good to hear from you. I am here for a few days on my way back to Australia from Kabul.

Haven't been able to find a game store yet. I was hoping to pick up a copy of X4b Return to the Desert Nomads  :)

This is proving a marathon trip. My flight in Bahrain was delayed from1:45am to 8:20am and I missed my connection in Kuala Lumpur. So I am now in Malaysia ... the one bonus is they had fresh jackfruit in the breakfast buffet. Haven't had fresh jackfruit for ages and I love it.

Home to Oz tonight hopefully!!!

Strangely, I usually route through United Arab Emirates (Dubai). There is a large book store in the top floor of the Dubai mall that does in fact sell Dungeons and Dragons latest releases!!!

Schwarzenmusic!

Austrian Death Machine is a band that features the vocalist from As I Lay Dying.  Songs are based on Arnold movies, and an Arnold impersonsator makes an occasional appearance.

This should look familiar to the handful of people that played in Harley Strohs DCC RPG playtest at NTRPG this year:

Especially Prufrock, who died rather unspectacularly.  :P

What can a character do when Smarmy1's vile offspring shoves a spear through your back?

That was one of the most entertaining gaming sessions I've ever had.

Holy mother, did anyone just watch that Eagles/Seahawks game?  I felt like I rolled in vomit-filled dirt, the Eagles played so ugly.  I hate the Eagles and even I felt sorry for them.  Any chance Reid doesn't get fired this season?
