Hello,

Been coming to site for awhile, but recently registered as over the last 6 months I have been very busy completing (and in some cases starting and finishing) many collections. While I still have to figure out how I intend to group many of them, figured I would put up a few of the things I recently finished.

Will start with the Original Dungeons and Dragon books. Always wanted these (and really should have bought them years ago when they cost much less

), so after a few weeks was able to pull together this collection. I added the Chainmail since is was a part of the influence on the original game.

A few of these I had from back in the day, some I bought new when they came out, but most were collected either a few years afterwards, or mostly over this summer. A few of these were a bit difficult to find, but managed to eventually get them all. A few I would still like to find better quality copies, but for now at least the collection is complete. These are the Endless Quest books from the 1980s and the 1990s including the small Crimson Crystal series (only 1 which still has the viewer, and not even sure it is the original one).

Thanks. I can get a bit obsessive with collecting. Which brings me to the next completed series of which the last book arrived today.

The TSR Super Endless Quest series which had a name change early on to the Advanced Dungeons and Dragons Adventure Gamebooks. All but 4 of these still have the player card, mostly unmarked and attached. I have one of those with the card on the way, but not yet here.

Just love the recycled artwork on these, some iconic stuff (and some less so!)

In the continuing theme of TSR adventure role playing novels, I got the final book for this series today. These were a bit of a challenge and I had to settle for some less than great copies (or pay a kings ransom for better).

I just wanted a complete collection, condition is important, but only to a certain dollar amount

Still working on two other similar book series, but finding some of these is not easy (again unless willing to pay stupid money).

Strange. I must have missed Acaeum's page on these. 10+ years in and I still find things I never knew existed. Thanks for sharing.

This week I've been mostly eating . . . The white ones with the little red flecks in them.

That is cool!

I have been trying really hard to not branch out beyond the books/games....but temptation is getting worse.

My original plan was to stay within the TSR world, but did not take long to start buying up other games and references from other publishers (Mayfair and Judges Guild are the bigger areas I moved into related to D&D....then started on completely unrelated game systems.)

That is nice, and not a bad price for the condition!

So received the last one for this set today. R1 - R4 modules and R5-R6 Polyhedron reprints. (I consider R7-10 to be myths as I never expect to see one since they were never sold to the public based on what I have been able to find out. Maybe I will get lucky someday, but for now I consider my R series complete

)

The Polyhedron 28 arrived today...was the hardest one to find.

Hey all, so completed another sub-collection today, but non-TSR this time.

Received last two books I needed for the Grimtooth Traps series. I have included the later Swords and Sorcery book just for completeness even though it was aimed for the d20 rules vs the other books being aimed at AD&D rules.

Nearly done with most of the Flying Buffalo\Catalyst books, but thought this was a nice little sub category to post.
