I don't know if any other old-school cons exist. The best (only?) ways to find out are reading old-school BBs for announcements and checking the event schedules of existing Cons. Checking the sites of the retro-clone publishers may also work.
Two sites that discuss old-school gaming are Dragonsfoot and Knights & Knaves. Dragonsfoot's "General Discussion" section is a free-for-all, but their gaming-specific threads are usually on-topic. Dragonsfoot also e-publishes PDF adventures and a PDF magazine. I don't know anything about Knights & Knaves.
