I won't get into the gory details of he said/she said (me being the he, of course, he being the she) but unlike many other Italian buyers, who I love doing business with, the buyer is very, very, very impatient. Despite the fact Italy's mail service is very slow, and unreliable, and that the buyer seems to have had issues with American buyers before (notably Guido) concerning shipment speed, and despite the tracking system showing the items are still in transit, the buyer filed against me on ebay and indicated several false statements.  These include saying I wouldn't communicate with him (we've exchanged about a dozen emails), and that I won't resolve the issue (I have offered replacement items if the buyer will wait up to 8 weeks after the items were sent, just to make sure they won't arrive).  I reluctantly had to leave a neg yesterday, expecting a neg in return, due to the buyer's increased vehemence and belligerance in email exchanges. Avoid...and Block Wipe if you so choose.

Sorry, Mike.   I thought that this putz was brought up prior to this.   The guy is demands that his shipping prices be met even if they are below what the USPS offers, he is rude, and has no level of understanding of the time it takes to get a package to Europe.   I battled with him on Paypal for awhile, but Paypal of course found in his favor.

Thanks Guido...I think you did list him, my bad for not blocking the moron at the time.  I noticed the feedback he had left for you, and the date he had bought the item, and instantly realized he seems to have a problem with having to wait a few weeks to get his item. Well, at least the items I sold him were cheap ones...and I did ding his 100% feedback with a neg. More evidence American buyers need to block this guy.....

Glad you dinged him.   I had already left feedback and had no recourse.   I did warn him, that if his behaviour continued, that the reputable RPG sellers on eBay would eventually block him.    Maybe he a Cougie can lock horns soon.

He sent me an email today "wanting to work things out".  I think the scratch on his perfect feedback got his attention. We'll see what happens, if it prevents him from filing with paypal I guess it served it's purpose.  I would hate to remove it though since it can help future sellers see the guy isn't entirely reasonable.

And he does buy from The Coug rather frequently...surprised they haven't mixed it up yet.

Maybe they have been mixing it up!  I was wondering why Coug bought all those new clothes!  :puker:  Oh...my...God!  I should NOT have said that!

Guys, this one is urgent...get him on your block list IMMEDIATELY!

Kill-all-middlemen

He just bought the four most expensive items in my store....which tipped me off, since they are from different genres.  He has zero feedback, a fake address, fake email address, and a very provocative ebay name.  BLOCK HIM NOW!!!!!

Looks like we might be in for another round of foolishness.   Can anyone explain to me what the point is?   Why buy these items when you can file NPB alerts and get your money back?   Other than a minor irritation, I don't get it.

Thanks for the info Mike.   As always it is greatly appreciated.

Its vecnapoop...again.     The great thing about morons like is....well they are morons.  I just did a quick email search on Myspace for  figurehead_73@hotmail.com and promptly came up with this:

http://profile.myspace.com/index.cfm?fu ... =302624207

So you know his name is Nick and he lives Tarpon Spirngs Florida and is 34 years old and has a birthday between the dates of Nov 22 - Dec 21.  I am sure a little more digging and maybe an email to both MSN and Myspace and you can probably have enough info to contact the police in Tarpon Springs and file harrassment charges at the very least...

Its right near Tampa and strangely ole' vecnapoop1 and all his alteregos used to use a tampa.rr.com email address.

What a turd.  I'd like to drive down there and kick his uterus in.  I remember when he hit you and Guido; did he ever make any contact, or was it all just bullshit?  He hasn't emailed me or contacted me, I don't suppose he will.

He actually never came after me.  He started off by going after Juliabulia fiorst and then moved on to Guido, Creep & Cougar.  The only one who ever came after me was Keepontheborderlands who came after me and Alan once.  Its morons like this that made me decide 2 years ago to place the paypal requirment on my auctions.

Yup, I remember this turd.   Clearly he was successful since there are more resellers than ever on eBay.

I believe that his claim was that resellers were manipulating the price of RPG material.    I guess I am more clever than I realized with all that manipulating and stuff  .

They already booted his ass off ebay.  I talked to a customer service guy right away, and it only took about 3 hours from start to finish to get this idiot shut down.

It doesn't even make any sense...I relisted the items immediately, and already got back my final value fees. In the long run he didn't even barely inconvenience me.  The entire incident was just purposeless. What a tool.

You never know Brian, Vecnapoop may have just put down this guys email address and been screwing with him also...could be someone who lives around him that sold a B1 for too much money once...

Or, he could just be that stupid.  You never know.
