In fact, it is exactly the offer I thought fencert would make if he knew the situation.

The typing of the name "FencerT" also explains its previously mysterious meaning.   :D

Well, this proffered olive-branch looks promising.  I have a problem of my own with Terry about some maps I purchased that never arrived, but that transaction was only last month.  Must admit that in view of his good reputation here I've been puzzled as to why it's so hard to get a response from him. :?

I have hopefully recitfied stumbling tiger's issue today.

Tom I am awaiting your information so I can make things right for you as well. I will be going to Atlanta for a trade show and will be gone from Friday to next Thursday so if you can't let me know by tomorrow there will be a slight delay in getting this stuff sorted out. Unfortunatly I have not been able to find your original order info so I will need an address.
