Whatever reason they gave is a moot point. They relisted because someone messaged them and told them hey it's worth THIS MUCH! Or maybe they just priced it wrong.

Regardless, only thing the Buyer can do is leave a Negative.

In regard to The Lost Caverns of Tsojconth, there's only been one prior recorded sale on The Acaeum this year.

There were more in prior years, but hardly a lot:

Quite a few of these 17 were sold by the_collectors_trove (4) and lumberjacques (3). The stockpile that lumberjacques had is now apparently gone.

There have been a total of 60 recorded sales of Tsojconth since 2002. Quite a few came from the inventory that lumberjacques had. It's unknown how many of these sales were repeat sales of the same item.

The Lost Caverns of Tsojconth has been the most commonly sold ultra-rare item.

It is often missed because it's similar to the standard Gazetteer:

Likely due to it being a d20 product.

I suspect that it flies under the radar with a lot of collectors, since it's not easy to spot with the two additional gazetteers (11742 & 11743) that were produced in 2000.

Many d20 products are beginning to increase in value.  Some of the rarer 3e/d20 items are already rather pricey.  This will probably follow a similar path eventually.

reprints the only ones that hold there value are the non reprints ones
some people still want the full colour maps instead of the paged maps.
i have seen that with the sales I do, if it is reprinted it can be hard to sell
the pdf ones still hold there value.
