Depends on what you mean by a 1st print. It is a nice looking 1st print cream coloured box Tractics. There are at least 2 black box printings by Guidon Games, then the woodgrain boxes by TSR (some including GG books) and then the cream coloured ones.

I think the price is about right for that print though. GG and woodgrains general go quite a bit higher.

I didn't know about the woodgrain TSR, just the cream and white versions.

Hmm...the only reason I qualified my post about the Tractics by saying that I was not sure of the version, was that I vaguely remembered seeing either a woodgrain or a black box at some point.
