For NK, really not a bad price...if the pics are legit. I sold one last summer for over $1200 that was, imho, a lower grade.

NK uses stock photos.  With a NK of VG, the book is probably fairly far away from the condition of the one in the pic.

They use stock photos 99.96% of the time, but this one is listed as being the "actual" item. And they actually have a picture of the front AND the back.

It's high.  $200-250 would probably be more in-line, considering the condition of the contents:
Inside I6 Ravenloft booklet has some pen marks and a little staining on a couple of pages. L3 Deep Dwarven Delve has black marker blocking out some words in a number of spots.
