There are only 45 Ghost Towers modules logged with this site so even if you double it, that makes less than 100.  68 Lost Tamoachans, I would probably say the same for the Lost Caverns module as well (sadly they are not numbered).  Any way you look at it, there are not many.

I believe there have been more of the Lost Caverns of Tsojconth show up for sale in recent years.  This was likely due to a cache of them being sold by eBay seller lumberjacques a few years back.  He purportedly had the remaining stock from MDG (Metro Detroit Gamers).  He also had remaining inventory of some of the other early convention modules, but not as many.

It's really difficult to provide a number for how many still exist of any one of the convention modules.  Of the three you have mentioned, there were an estimated 300 of each produced.  Looking at past sales (which could include repeat sales of the same copy) and documented numbers for those that have been recorded on The Acaeum, there are likely no more than 100 of each that have survived.

The quote says "The second module ever written for Dungeons & Dragons" so you have to firstly change that to "The second module ever written by/for TSR for Dungeons & Dragons" except that Tomb of Horrors and Expedition to the Barrier Peaks were both written (and printed and played at tournaments) before it. So it then has to be ammended to "The second module ever Xwritten published by/for TSR for Dungeons & Dragons". (And that's including the subtlety of module meaning "stand-alone adventure"). And the "by/for TSR" bit is still over-strong. Palace of the Vampyre Queen was not written "for TSR", it was distributed by them for a short time - it explains why PotVQ is on the TSR page at the Acaeum - but I suspect PotVQ woudl be just as collectible even if it had no TSR connection because it is truly the first standalone adventure published for D&D (but who knows for sure).

(Also note that other stand-alone adventures pre-date Gen Con IX, but they might not be considered "modules", e.g. CSIO)
