Too bad I missed that one.  I just finished watching the match between Brazil and Ivory Coast.  The Brazilians are an amazing team.  They seem to know what the other team is going to do beforehand and they react extremely fast.  I dont think I have seen a quicker team so far in the tournament.

The end of the match was pretty pathetic though.  Ivory Coast managed to score a goal against Brazil in the last ten minutes (apparently something no African team has been able to do in World Cup play) and then proceeded to put on the worst display of feigned injuries I have seen since the days of Ric Flair and World Championship Wrestling.  They even managed to get one of Brazil's players tossed out when he drew a red card from the ref for elbowing an opponent in the face.  However the replay clearly showed the Ivory Coast player deliberately running into the other guy and the Brazilian player's forearm hitting him in the chest...not the face.  It was laughable to see the Ivory Coast player rolling around on the ground with his hands to his face.  

just saw the Ivory Coast players reaction - sad state of affairs I'm afraid but without the benefit of a replay the ref is pretty powerless. If I had my way FIFA should be able to look at video evidence after the event and ban the player for such behaviour. The thing that irritates me most about this is that, as a man, I could not bring myself to act in such a way - how can a grown man have so little self respect to behave in such a cowardly fashion knowing that in these days of 100% coverage he is bound to be caught out for the twat he is?!

Could be they were emulating what they see from other teams.  The Italians seem to lose their footing any time someone touches their jersey.
