Liquid Blue was the artist/print house that copyrighted the image on the t-shirt. There appears to be no reference to, or affiliation with, D&D other than what the seller says, and there are a lot of these available for sale all at silly money.


This week I've been mostly eating . . . The white ones with the little red flecks in them.

#1 is the lot complete? Where only seven issues?

#2 is the starting price fair? No bids on it make me think it is over the threshold...

Looks a bit moldy, and probably musty.  We'll see where it ends up before drawing any conclusions.

Fair point, but in the last months i have seen white boxes bitten by werewolves or chewed by weregoats ending for more than 1k... This one, compared to the previous ones is a gem!

I sold my set of DL1-16 for about that several months back, and they weren't as in as good a condition overall.   :?

There is a satisfaction of getting a complete set in one go and they seem to be in very nice condition.  I'm watching it for my own curiosity.  You don't see this large of a set very often.

The biggest flaw I see is the fading/staining of the box sticker.  Maybe some minor writing inside.  Otherwise, the booklets look very good, and the box is structurally superb.

I am not discussing the condition, i fully agree with you it is a very fine copy... My concern is the starting price... Too high or not?

I'm of the opinion that all starting prices are too high.  Start it at $1 and let the market dictate.

The better question might be, "is it worth $4k"?  In this market, with the skyrocketing prices of class 5 rares, and in this apparent condition... probably maybe.
