Though, technically it’s a licensed product (St. Regis). Does that make it a non-TSR product or is that section reserved for non-TSR games (ie Call of Cthulhu, Runequest, etc…)?

Typically we reserve "non-TSR" for other game systems / third-party D&D products. Since this was licensed by TSR (like Wee Warriors early stuff), we could certainly put it in Collecting General. All that said, the forum administrator has a track record of not worrying about such things.

Woah!!! A decent 2nd print complete with all supplement (each of them being a 1st print but GH!) at less than 3k and ending today is a great shot!!! Some months ago only the boxed set was running at more than 10k ...

Not too impressed with the condition mind you.
What are the odds of it topping $8K?
