That would have been so cool if we could have read modules without having to buy them in the UK when I was a kid. :mrgreen:


A number of public libraries in the US added the AD&D hardbacks in the early '80s, but soon found that the books would disappear as if by magic.

I remember missing the bus / skipping school and heading to the library to read AD&D hardbacks.  DoD schools, so not US but yeah.

Never mind! Turns out i never got the 'missed delivery card' and it was returned to sender. Who then sent it back to me free-of-charge!

Well that makes coming back from a holiday feel even better.
