So more power to the people making as much money as they can off of WoTC's de facto relinquishing of their any IP claim they once had to TSR's product. Copyright theft cannot exist if the alleged 'theft' is something that is being given away freely and not in any manner protected. TSR's entire back catalogue is now effectively public domain property in every sense. I see nothing morally wrong with the selling of TSR PoD product or with the distribution of TSR PDFs. If the owner of the IP couldn't give a F, I don't see that I have the right to take a contrary moral stance? To put it into perspective, if I spend 20 years of my life writing books, and the publisher bought the IP from me, or owned it by virtue of the contract of employment, and then chose to give away the IP to anyone who wanted to copy and print the works, I would have no right to object. I had made contract and taken my money. Likewise if I were an artist and saw my work plastered all over town on billboards, I have made my money and relinquished my rights.WoTC's silence and inaction clearly signals the value they place on their historic IP. Who am I to argue with that valuation?

shadeun wrote in Interesting Items Currently on eBay:Theres a couple of POD up on Ebay right now. This one was missing the barcode & I PM'd the seller who said it wasn't. Hasn't arrived yet but at that price its worth the punt. To be honest, even at POD at least i could have a copy to use/see if I so desired (rather than unshrinking).
