These books are in near mint condition,there is little to no shelf wear,no rips,tears & spines are intact. 3 of the books have the previous owners initials on the top corner of the book.

Kinda kills the near-mint right there . . .

As does the /apparent/ edge toning (not just poor camera work?), spine creases and other obvious wear. Still looking pretty good, though, and not the best way to get good money from the sale given the obvious lopsidedness of the printings.
Pity 'bout the 1st print Arduin, too.

Seller:

threatens negative feedback.

will not honor the quoted shipping price

includes the cost of insurance in the price

Somewhat out of date on ebay policies it seems.

At least the seller is upfront in the listing about charging extra for handling instead of charging ten bucks for shipping but then actually using only five dollars to ship the item and pocketing the rest.

Doesnt make a whole lot of sense to me but apparently it does for a handful of forum members who have bought from her recently and left positive feedback.

I bought Bushido Tyr Games booklets from him, and he firstly charged me around $50 to ship to France. I finally decide to have them shipped to an US adress instead and he charged "only" $5 or $7 to ship in US.
I guess it is to avoid the risk of underestimating the shipping cost in the listing and having to pay from her pocket

Sounds like laziness to me. Probably just doesnt want to take the time to figure out what it will cost to ship overseas.

She initially quoted me the same amount for shipping a medium flat rate box to Canada (which is only $26) but that sort of got sorted out. I am still waiting for the package though - she wouldn't ship them by Flat Rate Envelope.

I really hope for the buyers sake that it's real. Granted, I only have three or four items in shrink that I own to compare to, but just looking at some of this seller's "factory" shrink, such as the link below, and that white-bordered Orange B3 that mysteriously vanished, as well as the multitude of price changes, I personally would avoid this guy.
