Here: Selling practices policy And let me sum up QUOTE "It's against our rules to provide unclear or misleading shipping information or to charge unreasonable fees for shipping and related services." So, I get the appeal back, denied. Apparently eBay finds it completely OK to charge an $8.90 fee for packing my box with food laden garbage. Awesome.Well, at least I get to give him negative feedback, right? I post unhappy with service, package packed with TRASH, would not help. Avoid. Slam his DSRs. Ahhh. Justice.WRONG.Ebay then proceeded to remove my negative feedback. I shit you not. Took them literally one minute. I got an email saying they removed it because of the decision on the case. I'm not even sure what the moral of this story is. I spent $9.00 on garbage? Avoid ebay seller "valuebuys" like the plague? Drive to Martinsburg, WV and soap their windows? The options are there! I'm lucky I know, thousands of transactions and only a small handful like this but wow. When they removed the feedback I really was thrown for a loop. I thought the new eBay was "protect the buyer", well, not in this case. Is there a shrugging emoticon? How about facepalm? Hmmm.Zenfinite

There is nothing in stone against charging double, triple, quadruple fees...,it is discouraged, but not forbidden, and it's totally subjective. Right now, Ebay gets a fee off your shipping fees, so it's not in it's best interests to punish a seller for charging high fees. As a matter of fact, Ebay is slowly making the change back to "Seller Friendly" making it easier for guys like me to remove negative feedback, or in your case, remove it for me. I will even go as far to say it was your fault you did not confirm why the seller was charging so much for shipping and what method they were using. If they said they were shipping priority and then shipped media, you MIGHT have a case with Ebay.The best revenge is a stealth hammering of the DSRs. Do not announce your intention to do so (some instances can be removed). Just hammer the fuck out of them. Worse than negative feedback, trust me.In a case where I think the seller has just made a simple mistake, I will definitely send them a friendly email asking for some clairification and implying it might have an effect on their DSRs. In your case, where basically the seller packed your box with trash, just bitch slap the fool and move on. Mike B.

It's covered in a wire mesh that gives 1 h.p. of damage just for looking at it. 2) I too think DS9 is the best of the Treks. I love Kirk leading with his back in a knife fight (Journey to Babel) and Spock with a beard and an agonizer (Mirror, Mirror), but DS9's deft use of religion/mythology/ethics and their decision to write 10 episode story arcs made the characters feel real in a way that's rare in televised sci-fi drama. 3) Yes I was the crazy person who wanted an enormous model of DS9 hanging in his living room. Oh well. I had to "settle" for a Jem'Hadar phase rifle prop (sold at the same Christie's auction) that Bracton generously gave me. It sits proudly in the living room and takes up a lot less space.
