I'd say this was about $20 over the top price since appendix 1 & 2 are common, but maybe if it doesn't sell he will drop the price.

Saw an interesting lot for sale over on www.shopgoodwill.com. Has the usual hardcover 1st edition rulebooks but also has The Book of Demons, Wizard's Aide, Gods Demi-Gods and Heroes, and Eldritch Wizardry. Buffalo, NY is the location.
