Some of the earliest tournament materials, such as Falx and Eye of the Bog (both used at GenCon South 1981 in Jax Beach) were typed and photocopied for use. (
fwiw, Jean Wells did most of the photocopying, part of her job.)
In 1980 we had typewriters, but by mid-1981 TSR had sold the Burroughs punchcard computer (used mostly for accounting) and got a new HP mainframe with workstations, including a word program. (Bruce Nesmith promptly wrote a megadungeon for it.)
It may be difficult to definitively separate vintage copies from modern ones. The 'gold standard' is obviously the original tracked paper from the (only) TSR line printer, the originals. In most cases, there will be both line-printer originals and added photocopies all used at GenCons. At the time we ran off a few signed & numbered extras, maybe 20 at most, for fundraising.
Most of the corporate computer output went through a character printer or a line printer. Both were near the HP room. The line printer was the cheap 'n' fast option, and depending on workload, could be used after-hours to bulk print a lot of tournament materials... so we did. Thus, correcting one comment above... there are probably several line-printer output copies of each round of each adventure, including R7P (3 rounds at GenCon East and 3 more at GenCon Parkside).
In past GenCon and private sales, R7P complete in period photocopies has sold for about 500 $USD per round (3k complete). Sets with unseparated pages have gone for more.
Toad Hall is Olde Rockford, known to TSR in the 1980s, and probably has other vintage
RPG materials. They were very connected to TSR people. From the unused condition, these may have been an employee's box-in-a-closet stuff.
About the adventures (skip if you don't care)
The first half, Igex Pass / Fiery Fortress = round 1, Thor's Fountain = round 2, together aka R-7:

Yog's Dessert, part 3, aka R-8:
** expired/removed eBay auction **is an elaborate castle on an island, with an air force in caves downstairs. Very tough. Could be a stand-alone adventure for 9th level.
Tinker's Canyon, parts 4 & 5, aka R-9:
** expired/removed eBay auction **is the Grand Canyon of Arizona, with added dungeons. The red dragon lair is lethal. Another place is more funhouse, and contains Dracula, the Wolf Man, and Frankenstein's monster (who has one part of the Rod).
Not for sale by Toad at this time: "Air Plane!" (part 6, aka R-10). The dwarf PCs are dumped onto the elemental plane of air, to deal with a weird city of djinn and a hostile lich.
My friends Dave & Gary made a quantum leap in entertainment. Remember them.
