I have money being held right now until I get pos feedback or the time delay (May 3) is met.
This is annoying and lame (if you were in my shoes).
Person is probably telling you the truth, I just sent a similar email...

It has moved me away from using Ebay unless I have to do so. I will not buy anything from/on Ebay. I hate Ebay.

Anyone know of anyone buying something on eBay from New Zealand?
Anyone ever ship anything to NZ?

Oh yeah, I have had at least one buyer from New Zealand and several transactions.  The transactions went fine.  No problems.  8)

Funny thing...I just got a hold on my account for an item sent to New Zealand. Sent via first class which I warn people can take for freaking ever.
Oh well...

Hi,
just after a little eBay UK advice.
bought an item (clothing), it was listed as "new with tags".  It wasn't, but was actually in near new condition.  Seller tells me that there have been issues with new listing system and he tells me "eBay are saying there is possibly a virus that has caused this".
The seller is actually happy for me to return the item and pay my costs.  If it is however not his error, then I'd like eBay to meet the costs.
I've contacted eBay and had no reply since Saturday.
Is the story from the seller possibly correct, are there issues anyone knows of with incorrect listings happening not as the sellers fault (or is he at best not taking enough care with his listing)?
How can I best contact eBay to annoy them with this "trivial" affair?  I'm just spoiling for a fight... guess I got too much time on my hands!

"Possibly a virus"?

Yeah, I'm calling bullshit on that one.
