Then I placed some heavy magazines (3 National Geographics) inside the lid. The weight of the magazines took the dishing out in only a week and a half.

I fixed a Greyhawk box with some dishing by filling the gap with two layers of large bubble bubble wrap.  It's now fixed, but I just leave the bubble wrap in there to keep it from happening again. 8)
