I think one of the best things The Acaeum community ever did, and I am heavily biased, was to create the limited edition art series so people could own some great art at reasonable prices.   8)

You are so right! I bought and saved the originals and found one pretty cheap on eBay too for 300. That I actually hung up. Let’s do another Otus before we lose him….

Hey I miss talking to you about the market!

I’ve found some really interesting female tsr artists pieces, especially Valerie Valusek, Darlene and Tina Druce Hoffman. I also found a super early original Eros Otus, that is original art, but isn’t dnd related.

There are couple of module original art coming on the market but they want crazy money $60,000 for them which is way too much for me. I stretched buying rubins for 4500 each and I have seven 3ft by 5ft Ray Rubin dragons which are huge.

The art market is scarcity rules and most is scattered and lost except for for Death Star Koder.

Mark, I sold you sold of those Genadier Rubins dragons, we met in Phoenix at the bank to do the exchange.
I have pretty much given up on the TSR market, even prelims are hitting 40k now at auction. I'd like one great Dragonlance piece but alas. Instead I have bought heavily into Games Workshop/Warhammer art and have built a very nice collection of that. While I played DnD in my earlier years I did move into Warhammer Fantasy and battle when I was middle-teen.

I saw this on worthpointe back in 2008. Do you know who owns this?
