FoulFoot wrote in Site Update:I looked into it -- it's theoretically possible, but nobody's come up with a working solution yet. The URL schema "ebay://" will open your eBay app... the problem is switching the link out with that app on-the-fly. In other words, I can switch all the eBay links on the site to that, but that won't amuse users who aren't using the eBay app. Also, there's no way to pass along parameters with the URL schema (as of yet), so the app would just open to eBay, not to the item's page.
grodog wrote in Site Update:It would be nice having the historical record on the rares auctions like we do in the TSR and Non-TSR Interesting Items threads: any chance you'd be able to have them behave the same way, Scott?
FoulFoot wrote in Site Update:Just read an article that cited a Stanford University study, showing that auctions now represent only 12% of eBay's listings. While that seems a bit low, especially for the RPG category, the writing's definitely on the wall that auctions are being marginalized. With that in mind, I opened Auction Hunter's searches back up to Buy-it-Now and Fixed Price listings. As you can see, the listings jumped by around 75%.If this gets too annoying, I may look at dropping some of the class-3's that AH is currently looking for (Eldritch Wizardry, etc). Foul

FoulFoot wrote in Site Update:I just added it to my watchlist without any problems. Check your watchlist and see if it was added; if not, try adding it again. If you get a 500 error again, let me know.eBay itself has had all sorts of issues the last month. It was probably them, choking on the watchlist request that the Acaeum sent them.
