I just don't like to feel like someone is treating me unfairly. so if anyone wants me to be a buyer, please PM me or out a buy it now on there - even at a slightly unreasonable price.....I want to make it clear that NMilty is not to blame here at all - i am just suspect of the ebay bidding process - first time i have been concerned in 10 years.

Please Note though, although Ebay's policy forbids against excessive shipping charges, they will NOT offer refunds/chargebacks for shipping overcharges, and basically the buyer's only recourse is negative feedback and low seller ratings. I had this happen to me recently. I bought a large lot of books, and the seller quoted me $48.00 for shipping after the auction ended. I asked for a cheaper quote and he would not change the price. I contacted Ebay and they said they could do nothing. He ended up using a flat rate box for $10.80, and charged me $48.00. I was so pissed not only at him, but at Ebay as well for not protecting the buyer. I left him bad feedack and 1's for scores, but it still did not seem right.
