I ran into this with a little over an hour to go. I'm not in the Market for it but I do agree with the seller, this might be the best condition UK MM there is. If not the best it's definitely one of.

Big price for it, but I don't blame him one bit. If the difference in price for key comics can be five or ten times on a condition difference of 9.6 to 9.9-10.0. It should be fair for paperback UK rulebooks - they're usually trashed.

I saw that copy at Lucca for several editions of the con... It s a 3rd print not in great shape... To my eyes that is an overestimated price...

Not saying these woodies will sell at their current prices, but it's unusual to see so many listed at the same time.
