Two are the same item.

Looking at the second listing, the seller did make a note of the taped corner that was not in the first, so it could be that became a deal breaker for the first buyer. The listing was updated, and relisted.

Just a hunch anyways.

The listing says it is just the sales flyer ... I do not believe that came with a fold-out map. It would be a good price for the module with map ;-)

Here's one that sold for $46 just a few days ago and it had the map & appeared to be in good condition:

It mentioning DragonQuest would lead me to suspect it's from SPI, but I really don't know. It's pretty random to talk about RPGs and that particular one would be brought up for an example.

I'm pretty sure it was in one of the Dragonquest boxed set printings, either the base game or expansions or both..

If you hit a Rowsdower, you get to keep it.

Looks like a seller in Hawaii has at least a 1st print DMG and MM, might have the PH and D&DG 1st prints too if someone wants to send the seller a message to clarify them.

The condition is too rough for me, but maybe not for you. The opening bid price seems fair enough.
