Well it is as awesome as the bronze sculpture sold some weeks ago... But (and there is soften a but in these cases), i feel that every piece of art like this and the sculpture were not under TSR license... Do you know if it licensed or not?

I'd guess no. It looks like someone just wanted to make it and hired an artist to do so. There is some conflicting info though depending on what you read. One says 35 copies made, another says 6. Here's some links aia

Night of the Ninja isn't really rare. There are a number of them around in shrink because it's not FRP its a modern setting. The Bruce Lee game is much, much harder to find.

This went pretty quick

It appears to be a really nice copy of a 5th print White Box. Looks like a good pick-up.
