Even if they don't allow remote bidding, you could do proxy bidding.  That is, ask for someone who is willing to bid on your behalf who is not interested in the item in question.  Give them your bid maximum and any other instructions you wish along with a cell phone number in case you want to hear the bidding in real time.  Rich people do it all the time.   8)

"Remote Bidding" meaning you'll give me your maximum bid, and if it looks like it's going for less than that, we'll bump it up to that, is acceptable (the items are from a friend of mine that I am handling so basically they are "mine").  If you want to remotely bid I'll take your name, address, bid, etc and bill you immediately after the auction should you win.  PM me here with the information. 20% of the final amount goes to the convention.  So if you are interested in any of the items on the list, please let me know. Sorry, no bidding by phone or Skype or internet, it's just too much to take care of while the auction is going on.

Chris Finch (Cimmerian) was looking for a place to stay just a few days ago, I don't have his email but he's on Dragonsfoot with the name "Cimmerian" if you want to PM him...

It is a woodgrain, and I understand it's a 3rd print, and complete.  I don't know anything else because I won't actually have it in hand until later this week, but I'll post details (and possibly pics) when I get them.  They will also be on display at the con in the NTRPG con glass display case.

Benjoshua,

Thanks for the response.  Although I'm not rich, I do realize that a few items are harder to find than the rest and I may have to dig a little deeper to get it.

To all those planning to attend NTRPGCon,

Is there anyone going who would like to bid on an item at the auction for me?  Please PM me if you'd enjoy helping out a fellow collector.

I'm going to GenCon this year so I can return the favor.

Thanks,

~throwi

One of the coolest things for sale at NTRPGCON are one of the ACEAUM Limited Edition Art prints drawn by Jeff Easley!  These will be signed and numbered by the artist and come complete with a Certificate of Authenticity.  As it stands right now, we have just five unclaimed prints left.  These remaining five prints will be offered to NTRPGCON attendees where it is first-pay, first-get.  The deadline to purchase a print is Saturday at 4:00 PM (the start of the auction).  After that time, we'll need to finalize the sale of any remaining prints to ScketreWhisp.  ScketreWhisp has agreed to buy all unclaimed prints on behalf of NTRPGCON where they will likely be auctioned off at future NTRPGCON's, probably for much more than we are selling them for now. The pick-up yourself price at NTRPGCON is only $103.50, and we only accept Paypal or cash.   Remember, these are only for ACAEUM members and NTRPGCON attendees, and no one can buy a second print.   8)

If you want to buy one, after Thursday they will be behind the counter at my booth. To pay for them, look for myself or Chris (or, in a pinch, Grodog, but he will be busy running games most of the weekend and you probably shouldn't have to bother him).  If you get to the con and want a print you should get them early!  I suspect they might all sell out pretty quickly.

Except that I will be picking up my copy and one for another Acaeum member who lives overseas and has asked me to pick up his as well.
I do believe that Mike knows of this deal.
