I missed some of that white border with the white background he is using. It seems to go from edge to edge completely around the module. It looks like a reproduction of some kind. I owned 4 orange B3's and they were all normal style modules.

The spine on this B3 looks a bit rounded to me when it should be a stiff fold. I wonder if this is even a thick cardboard cover or a paper cover.

If it was a photocopy, why not just trim the edges to eliminate the white border?

It does look really odd.

I know of a copy that is still in the original Shrink Wrap that definately aint fake.

There are no "Blank White Borders" on that copy.

Plus the copy currently listed on E-Bay looks to be about TWICE as thick as the copy I have.
Perhaps thicker.... especially on the left side (Fold).
I agree with the above... Looks too rounded along the fold side.

It would be smaller than the real deal. Easier to sell on EBay, but still noticable as fake to someone with eyes to see... after the fact unfortunately.

I've had a play with some photo editing as I thought maybe the module was poking out from inside the cover perhaps, but it most certainly appears to be the colour covered is printed onto a more oversized piece of white card/paper for some reason.

You are right, it is very odd.

The strangest thing is that this seller have sold tons of TSR modules in the last months. He is able to recognise a module...
I hope that he will be able to post more pictures.

The spine creases look like the cover is more of a paper stock rather than a cardstock.

And quite the many in shrink. Looking at a few of the auctions, I didn't see anything to make me think they were not original, though. Most were bought by the same person. Beasterbrook caught a couple. Did they look like original factory shrink to you?
