I asked him about the "metal fasteners"... Had no idea what I was talking about.. Pointed out the auction description and told him what they were.. Seem to not know anything.. Would be best to ask how many pages, looks like he cut and pasted the description

He knows nothing about D&D books.  No metal fasteners.  He's checking on the page count.  Very quick to reply to questions, but the feedback is concerning.  :?

Jasonbaz sold a ton of copies of shrined Divine Right boxed sets, along with Top Secret games. His feedback displays only one in the last year, yet under "Recent Feedback" he has 4 from the last month and 19 within 6 months. Why aren't those displayed?
Seems VERY weird......

Sorry I haven't chimed in yet. Schedule has been crazy.

No idea on his feedback.

However, I have purchased several rare items from him and am pleased with what I received.

As far as his pricing, all I can say is that he was fair with me. If he bought some stuff and is trying to flip it, I don't mind. I do the same thing myself. I have a whole stack of stuff to work through that I purchased for just that purpose. I have to fund these other buys somehow.  :D

If you bid on this auction, be happy you didn't win.  Everything arrived today and the AC5 has ONE, count 'em, ONE character sheet in it.  And that lonely character sheet is not in great shape!  8O

is it a combination of sales and purchases? He bought a bunch of stuff from the collectors trove auctions (like the ones I listed) so I think those all factor in.

as for flipping, I wonder how those auctions can be done. I think those drawings especially were bought already on the extreme high side. Of course I could be wrong because I didnt expect those to go to the amounts they did in the first place! There are some heavy hitters out there and some of the heavy hitters must know about even heavier hitters it seems from these auctions :!:  :!:  8O  8O  8O  8O  8O  8O  :!:  :!:

Me three. I was, however, out early. I wasn't taking the risk of something like that.

On the other topic RE: feedback, I do know that only one feedback counts if someone wins multiple auctions.

Unless that's changed since I last checked.

Not to rub salt in the 23 hp. wound, ow do you bid that kind of money on it and not ask ahead? Any time you have an item designed to have pieces removed, you should ask about the condition......

Never been an issue before, so actually no.  But considering I technically paid $15.28 for it, not a big deal.  :D

Much better option would be to spend the dough with Paul Bonner.

I could be persuaded to pay $2500.    I'm also a sucker for a good painting.  That is one of Tony's best.
