For what its worth, I had a tough time selling those Hanger SWed B2s last year for much more than $30 (I had several).

Doubt he gets his $195 +/-, but if so, I plan to have a good long crying session.

BUT a person would think for that much he could afford to take a picture showing the hanger that he thinks makes that module worth that much... :roll:

A picture with the hanger would be a good idea. For completeness, he does show the Jade Hare with cover (but is selling a copy without the cover):

My heart almost stopped when I saw the picture and the price. After I read on I thought: "Well here is another Troll & Toad in the making"

Pretty soon he will stop replying to emails and replace the guy in charge of collectable RPG's every 6 weeks :lol:

I asked about a Swordbearer boxed set which was stated as FGU under Heritage licence (which is a version noted in Heroic Worlds anc contains 3 books as the Heritage version but is copyrighted 1985). I had never seen this version (only the Heritage one, with 3 books and from 1982, and the FGU black box from 1985 with 2 books). A guy replied (not Aaron) saying: "yes, of course, it is the FGU version under Heritage licence, and with 3 books, and from 1985". I said ok and bought it.
Of course, it wasn't, it was the Heritage version from 1982. I asked for a refund and Aaron replied himself,saying that the listing was correct (he removed the actual listing for the boxed set I had bought, leaving only the 2 other common ones) and that I had bought the Heritage version from 1982 and not another one. After several emails explaining the listing error and my question before buying it, he still refused to refund me. Additionally, in the same package, he shipped an uncorrect Broken Covenant of Calebais (the color cover one instead of the black 1st print one) as well. He didn't refund this one, and only gave me a store credit... of $6!

That's it! It was the second time that the same problem appeared in my orders... NGK is becoming T&T day after day... In the past I was definitely confident in NKG and their description but now...
(and since this problem, I still have my $6 store credit...)

I have had constant problems with NKG over the years. I consider him an opportunist and of very low ethics. Overprice shipping, snotty attitude, crappy grading. I have let my feelings be known on these boards before and it usually results in a mass posting of NKG fanboys refuting my statements.

I've slowly come around to your way of seeing NKG over the past year. In the past (2 - 3 years ago) I routinely ordered from Aaron about once/month or more. Yeah, the prices were on the high side at times, but I had good experiences with condition and shipping times.

Since then (last 2 years), not so much. About every other order has an item that's not up to the grade assigned. When I complain, he gives me store credit without asking if that's what I'd prefer, and doesn't refund shipping at all (even when it is a one-item order!). I now buy from him only when I can't find what I want on eBay. I still prefer Aaron to T&T, though.

I'm unhappy to say that I have the same bad feeling since a few months now. As Loki says, each of my last orders had a problem. Not about packaging, always great and carefully made. But on item condition. Received a book with one corner completely bumped and torn, book was supposed to be mint. For this book, I can't be sure that the damage did not come from shipping, but I do not think so. Another item was listed as EXC+, received one highly scuffed on many parts of his surface, would have graded it as VG. Another one (in the same order) was listed as NM but was damaged to corners and spine. This order was shipped in a box and it is certain that the item was not damaged during shipping. Aaron responded very quickly to my email, as always. He agreed that this was their fault and put an honest credit on my account. I said that I had a bad feeling about something changed in the grading, he just said it was errors in cataloging. I'm sad, as I always had a good level of trust in NKG, but I have to say that my trust is now a bit stained.
I explained that if I choose NKG, even if the price is higher than on Ebay, it was because I was nearly sure to get an item in the stated condition. Because of repetitive errors, I'm now more attentive and do not hesitate to ask for condition and picture if the price is high. And I always receive prompt answer.

None of the bidders looks new at the game.

That's also the first time I've seen someone's feedback listed as 'private' before. Wasn't aware one could do that. Covering up for something? Or, just doesn't care to play that game?
