A hybrid 007/D&D campaign, set in Mystara or Greyhawk or a suspiciously 1970-ish "medieval England" (a-la Monty Python and the Holy Grail), or wherever else that's suitable that might strike your fancy.

Morgan Ironwolf as the Bond Girl (or would she actually be Bond in this setting)? Who would be Jaws? Who would be Blofeld? And, most pressingly of all, who would care? Of those who do care, what else might we expect to see? Your thoughts, please.

. Have you read the Eberron: Eye of the Wolf comic (published by Devils Due Publishing sometime during the mid-2000s)? Steampunkish D&D setting that lends itself rather well to your concept.

Sorry, after the ouster of Gary Gygax I sort of lost interest during the early stages of 2nd Edition, although I did notice Birthright seemed to have far less exposure (or was it fewer sales?) than settings like Dark Sun, Ravenloft, Dragonlance and Greyhawk. So I will take you at your word. Eberron . . . James Bond Eberron?

Elric as 007, armed with Stormbringer as well as Walther PPK, encounters Pussy Galore and then that darn laser table?

I think a major concern would be creating something that isn't railroaded or too based on a particular Bond film/book, or published fiction in the same vein. Adapting other material would be kin of like the old AD&D/Boot Hill and AD&D/Gamma World conversions described in the 1979 Dungeon Masters Guide.
