In other off-topic topics, the Grohe family saw Justice League yesterday, and there are two after-credits scenes (one fairly quickly into the credits, the other at the end). We liked it better than Thor:Ragnarok, FWIW (although Henry really liked the "Immigrant Song" usage in Ragnarok, so I've grabbed a few Led Zeppelin CDs from our local used movies/CDs/video games store to expose him a bit more

). They showed the Star Wars Lost Jedi trailer at Thor, which was the other big highlight of that film for me

Am I in the minority when I say that I actually like Zach Snyder's Superman? It's not my favorite version, but I appreciate his take on it - and to be honest, I think it made the character more relatable (which sounds funny considering he's an alien with super human powers) :-)

I agree, I thought it was decent - and I'm not afraid to give him props still for Watchmen and the Dawn of the Dead remake.

Well I just hit a milestone I've been heading to for awhile now: the 10,000 FRP item in my collection (no doubles).

My uncle just got a 3D printer set up. Anyone have any tips or advice on printing minis? There seems to be a ton of plans online - some free, some not - and I'm not really sure where to start.

Any help or links would be appreciated!

What is your opinion of this? As bad as the 2000 film, or worse? Consider this description:

The recent release of the first Arnold Schwarzenegger film Conan the Barbarian gave Gygax an example of how not to make a fantasy film: he panned it in the pages of the Dragon magazine, adding "badly done films seem more likely to destroy interest in fantasy rather than build it."'

Let's unpack that logic. If 1982's Conan is a bad movie, then the 1982 D&D script, avoiding Conan's mistakes, would be a good movie. If Conan is a good movie...

I believe that TSR had two copies of the screenplay. I have the one that was presented to Brian Blume (his name is gilded on the exterior of the slipcase). Jon was able to read the other copy and post his review, which I'm sure is accurate. I have no intention of cracking open my copy. Best left pristine for posterity.
