Because there are now plenty of AH ebayers who think if it does not arrive in mint condition within 48 hours of the purchase, you (as the seller) are a crook or at best need to be taken down a peg. Ebay has created an expectation level that is simply impossible to meet when you are selling anything that is not brand new.

They should meet me.  I am the slooowest ebay seller ever.  Seriously, sometimes it takes me two weeks to take stuff to the post office.  I could say it is because I am very busy (and of course who isn't), but in truth it is because I am generally very disorganized.  Still, so far most ebayers I have sold to are pretty happy (although I do end up having to explain why everything I sell arrives so late).

I think it's a lot less sinister than that.  A lot of newbie eBayers are simply under the impression that "Neutral" is the default for transactions...but in reality we all know the default is "Positive".  

Actually...they're right and we're wrong.  That's exactly how it should work.  Positive ought to have been reserved for those extra special occasions when the other party goes above and beyond, not "got exactly what I paid for" transactions.  But it's too late to go back and change it now.

Might be worth a browse through Aaron's (NKG) "spring sale", in passing; stated as "10%+ off" but a bit more for quite a few items.
Having checked through, for example ~$43 total for Rob Kuntz's Bottle City, Daemonic & Arcane and the two Dungeon Sets.
(On the other hand, the presumably-ex-TFM presumably-split cover Tsojconth is still about the same as I was trying for (unsuccessfully) on a minty copy ^^)

If her appeal succeeds and she is found innocent, then clearly the appellate court agrees with you.  We shall see.

However now that DNA evidence is such a part of the process, it seems odd when it's not used.  Kind of like not fingerprinting a suspect when you have fingerprints of the killer on file.

The Italian court has already said that if her lawyer wins an appeal or she is somehow found innocent, they will hit with with other charges and make sure she spends even more time in jail than she is already convicted of....so that would seem to be a slam dunk that she's not going to be found innocent.

Sadly travelers should pay attention to legal systems of countries they travel to, especially if they have the expectations like we do in the US of being tried by a jury of peers in a court of law. Mexico, for example, does not have jury trials, nor does the accused actually appear in court.  You are given an "advocate" (who may or may not be a trained lawyer) who argues your case in front of a judge. Their conviction rate is somewhere north of 99%, which gives  you an idea of the kind of justice you are in for if you are accused of a crime in Mexico.

Letting a mafioso child killer free because he's "depressed" is only another  example of what a corrupt and ridiculous system of justice they have in Italy.

Need some help for a co-worker.  What are the groups called the actually act out (dress the part) role playing.  My co-worker would like to possible get involved in something like this.  Don't some of these groups attend Gencon?
