Great news guys! Hope to hear from our Canadian and European members shortly also with good news.

I just ordered a case of the tubes so work will start in earnest as soon as they get in. I've bought a few random tubes at the local office supply store just to get a start but I can save $2 a tube ordering in bulk.
But just great they arrived ok!

Nice one, Mike. I'll let you know when mine arrives here in sunny Victoria.

(great timing, btw - I'm all set to move house in 2 weeks, so I'm confident the print will arrive in time to pack in the van).

Regards

Mike

Badmike,

Thank God you bought such durable mailing tubes!  The USPS managed to dent the tube and I panicked when looking inside and seeing what looked like a possible crease in the print.  Luckily upon removal from the tube no evident damage what-so-ever. :D   What an outstanding piece, I am incredibly happy to have it!

Whew!  Good news there!  Remember everyone the prints are totally insured, so if you have any damage, at least you are covered that way. There is no way we can guard against every contingency, especially if the postal service is determined to massacre your tube....

Mike, you are still mailing correct? No hurry on my end, but I have not seen it yet. Again, no complaints...I appreciate the efforts of the group!

Guys they are mailing (in order, I think Jason's is the next to go out) but I am awaiting a shipment of tubes.  They seemed to be doing the job so I ordered a case of them, just waiting for them to arrive before continuing shipping. Like Blackmoor, if you have a request please let me know.  Seeing the attendance of the Acaeum game at Gencon maybe I should just put a bunch of these in a big box and ship them to Prufrock for distribution at the con?  If it was only so easy......

I am willing to take on that responsibility if it will help.  Let me know, Mike.

Gus Landt, Rakeesh sah Tarna, and deimos3428 stated they only wanted the print to help with maintaining the print count.  The committee did not want anyone buying a print when they really didn't want one.

The committee has not heard from PR III or Busman, and unless there are unusual circumstances, they have missed the window of opportunity to buy in.

Final cost assessments and totaling is underway, and we will issue a request for payment soon.  The cost likely will remain at $80.00 plus shipping.

Final corrections, additions, and subtractions are requested.  Send no money now, and no private messages.  Thanks!  :)

Mike,

My print arrived safely.  There was no damage to the tube.  I'm on my way out the door, so I'll take a look at the print later.

Thank you, Mike.

Best,

Paul

*Edit:  The print looks very good: the paper has a nice weight and the colours are quite brilliant.  Time to find a framer.

It's very close.  The only changes/additions that I can see are that #46 should actually read "Egg of Coot" instead of "The Egg." and #'s 64 & 65 were purchased by NTRPGCON.  I apologize for the delay in answering.

My print arrived a couple of days ago and I finally picked it up today.  Looks better in real life than the picture displayed here.

Ditto.  Mine arrived safe and sound.  The tubes appear to be working well. I take it to be framed tomorrow, or as soon as I can find a framer I like.

Still waiting for mine out here. Can't be too far away.

Hey Mike - do you have any tracking on the package? If so, does it tell you where mine is up to (in transit, stuck in customs etc)?

Regards

Mike
