If you were planning to bid on this item for the R1, don't:

** expired/removed eBay auction **

Per the seller:

R-1 looks like it was pulled from another book. It has perforations on the side. its only 4 loose pages. And they were bent in the corner.

Generally the module are used and played well. I played a long long time ago. They are in good condition considering their age and the fact that I played the game. They were stored in a trunk in a bedroom

C5 and WG4 are in better condition.

Are these notably rare? A friend of mine has a couple in fair-good shape (holding his Polyhedrons) but he didn't expect them to be of interest.

That one looks off. The logo on the slide in portion instead of the outside portion.

The ones I originally purchased when they were first advertised had the logo on the outside portion and were logoless on the the slide in portion.

Not rare... Uncommon...

I have at least 30 of them...

They canceled all the bids but Ebay didn't let them cancel the auction (because it ended within 24 hours?).  Looks like they created a shill bidding account to them win their auction.

Just for the books?

And the seller didn't even indicate which printing it was?

Already sold, but a pretty nice price for someone for a Fist of Emirikol.  Probably benefited from the seller's not knowing the correct name.

Wow - I just saw that...  If it's legit, the buyer just made off like a bandit!

Given the prior history, it seems very odd that the seller would have put it up at such a low bin.  Seems like something else was going on.

That's also an odd price to fix at.  Like trying to give the impression it was a bid.

I was the lucky individual to snag this. Really lucky timing.  :D

BUT the sale has since been cancelled and I received a message it was no longer available. My messages since then have gone unanswered.

I'm not sure if a backdoor deal was in work but that is the feeling I have. I think this one is gone and will surface again probably years from now in someone's collection. And for those curious, I did offer to renegotiate the purchase when it cancelled with no luck.  :(

I'm getting good at finding items on EBay and having the sales mysteriously cancelled.  PDT_Armataz_01_02

Neg the bejeezus out of him and move on. No idea why he'd relist at all...maybe he mistyped the BIN? Like, he meant to say $2554?

Beats me. But NEG HIM!!  PDT_Armataz_01_02

That has to be the worst description of a woodgrain on eBay ever! Clearly someone clued her in on what she had and she decided to shaft you.

Anyone done any research on this...

** expired/removed eBay auction **

Is it a legit pre-pub?

I draw the line at collecting... D&D beach towels.

It's not a pre-publication version of Deities & Demigods, if that is what you mean. It appears to be a Moldvay/Schick homebrewed list of powerful entities (some stats of which I would think they'd have taken from Gods, Demi-Gods & Heroes).

Based on what the seller wrote, I was having trouble figuring out *what* it was... he states it dates from the early 80s, which wouldn't predate D&D, much less GDG&H.  So a homebrew it is :)

Nice price for home brew.  Is the seller anyone in the industry?

Never mind, I see that it is.  I should have read the item description first, lol :)
